Hello! My name is Christian and I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In my junior year of high school in 1997 I visited my Aunt in Arizona where she lived at the time on my spring break. When I learned on the trip that she is a Reiki Master and showed interest, she taught me Reiki Level I. She then taught me Reiki Level II in February 1998, graduating me to a Certified level II Reiki Practitioner.

After finishing high school in 1998 I began working in the medical field full time with jobs as a phlebotomist, laboratory technician, medical assistant and receptionist.

I stayed in the medical field for roughly 8 years during most of which I worked with a fellow lab technician who was also a part-time massage therapist. We traded back rubs regularly at work where she finally convinced me to go through massage school, as she said I did a great job. After researching several local schools, I enrolled and immediately began attending classes at Myotherapy College of Utah in 2000.

During the course of my schooling, I received extensive and detailed training in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, segmental, reflexology, trigger point and basic kinesiology as well as other classes including Tai Chi, anatomy, pathology, etc.

Since my schooling, I had practiced massage part-time while still working in the medical field to retain my techniques and knowledge until Sept 2006. At that point I left the medical field and began working full-time doing Reiki, massage and bodywork. I have since constructed a studio in which to work at home in West Capitol Hill, Utah, where have been living with my partner of several years. I provide in call sessions for my clientele and can also provide out call sessions as well.

At this stage in my life I strive to maintain a healing atmosphere at home where I work and relax. I am on a never ending journey of self-discovery and progress and always look forward to new experiences, new friends and new levels of life.
